When intaking a device we run it through a multipoint inspection process before starting repairs & note any and all findings. A password/passcode is needed to test for functionality & if thats not provided we cannot thoroughly test device thus releasing Mobile Tech Union from all liability. All devices with pre-existing physical or liquid damage Mobile Tech Union is not liable for & not covered under our warranty. All devices that are “Unavailable” or Disabled Mobile Tech Union is not responsible for. Getting out of that mode can be done upon completion of Diagnostic process. After a device is dropped off for repair (successful or not) it must be picked up by the owner within 45 days of the date it originally arrived or the device will be considered abandoned & becomes property of Mobile Tech Union to regain on the losses incurred on labor & materials. All refunds for cash above $99.99 are only dispersed via check. All parts used range from aftermarket to factory original part to offer solutions to fit different budgetary needs. A non-refundable Basic diagnostic/testing bench fee of $35.00 (phones & tablets) or $70.00 (desktops, laptops, & game consoles) is applied to all unsuccessful repairs for time & materials used in attempts to service device. Devices that have insects/infestation will be charged $100 instead of Basic Diagnostic fee for additional cleaning. Apple iPhones, iPads, Mac, Google Pixel, Samsung Galaxy & many other Major Android Products use a software lock that pairs screens, batteries, biometrics, cameras, & charging ports to each individual device by serial number. Replacing these particular parts will display an important message (This requires Manufacturer to reassign the serial number) even with official parts. This does not prevent the parts from functioning normally except biometrics & truetone as this only notifies the operating system that hardware was replaced & a software update from company servers are required for biometrics/truetone to be recalibrated. We can remove the important message & restore additional functionalities at an additional cost as that requires 7 business days for OEM (original) part to arrive and be re-programed for your device Logic/Motherboard. Mobile Tech Union offers a 90 Day warranty on devices using our parts for factory defects such as touch issues or failure naturally and not due to physical or liquid damage. If the part/device is damaged again we can fix it at a reduced price from the retail price which is covered within our warranty period.
